Majority of those who want to lose weight choose to follow the low carb diet for one reason: it “gets rid of” fat fast without weakening the body. The low carb diet is famed for being an effective weight loss regime that does not bring severe weakness or light-headedness to the dieter if followed correctly, unlike diets with a low-calorie nature.

Given the right diligence and will, you will be able drink low carb properly by taking a shot of water ever 30 minutes. Or if you want liquid that has taste, go for tea or low carb energy drink.
